Auction Notice

Auction Rules

• No one under the age of 18 in the yard at any time no exceptions.
• All persons must have valid I.D. and be signed in at the office.
• All cars are sold as is.
• All cars must be paid for by 4:30 same day or they go to the second bidders.
• All sales must include 9.5% sales tax.
• Bidders are not allowed to start vehicles, prior to purchase.
• All items in the cars are sold with the car, even garbage, and cannot be disposed of on our property.
• Auction vehicles may be redeemed by the registered or legal owner up to the time of auction.
• Anyone caught inside any vehicle prior to auction will not be allowed to return!
• This is a cash only auction any exception must be approved by management prior to auction.

Failure to comply with auction rules may result in not being allowed bidding privileges for future auctions.
